I have developed these 6 elements of balance based on my personal experience. As a professional dancer, business owner, Pilates instructor, busy wife and mother, I needed to find a way to make time for me.

I always say that it’s all about subtraction. It’s about the outside influences that hit you every moment of every day, depleting your energy. It’s up to you to make choices – either positive or negative – to recharge yourself. And making good choices on your own isn’t always easy.
