At Balance, our certified Pilates instructors are
trained to teach you the Classic Pilates Method.
You will experience mat exercises and expand your
study into the Pilates equipment including the reformer,
cadillac and auxiliary machines. Our expert trainers
are focused on your level of exercise, whether beginner
or advanced, and are motivated to keep your Pilates
methodology strong and perfected.
