All paid workout or treatment sessions expire
six months from the date of purchase and are
non-refundable or transferable.
Cancellations of any services must be made
at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations
and no-shows will be billed for 100% of services.
All packages must be paid for in advance
or reserved with a credit card.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to
your scheduled session to ensure there will
be sufficient tome to prepare for your treatment
or session. Showing up late will lesson the
duration of your treatment or session.
At Balance, we strive to provide a quiet
and tranquil environment for all our clients.
In order to do so, we ask that you please turn
off your cell phone before entering the spa,
studio or workout areas. Young children are
not to be brought into the spa and fitness areas
without parent supervision.
Balance provides personal lockers for our
clients. Please ask for a key at the front desk.
Appointments made one week prior to the Christmas
holidays are not cancelable. No-shows will be
billed 100% of service.
