Class details
The Pilates Method is for anyone who wants to develop a lithe and limber body, while also enjoying the overall sense of well being the practice provides. By keeping our classes to a maximum of six people, our instructors are able to give more 1-on-1 attention throughout the session, ensuring proper technique as well as solidifying the safety and well-being of the client.
