I am a third-generation, classically trained Pilates instructor with over 21 years of experience.

Over the years, I have developed a love of functional movement through the practice and teaching of Pilates. While staying grounded in the traditional method, I also blend some of the more modern aspects of Pilates within a session when appropriate. I have also worked with a wide range of clients—from professional athletes and post-rehabilitation clients to dedicated Pilates enthusiasts of all ages.

The addition of Pilates helps support strength, resilience, and long-term movement. By incorporating Pilates within their current lifestyle or fitness regimen, I provide a customized and individual approach to help clients benefit from all aspects of their fitness journey.
