Project Fit:
Project Fit is our circuit training strength class. This class will specialize in melting body fat while creating a muscular body. This is achieved by interval strength training. This style of strength training limits your rest period while rotating you through a full body circuit. Repeatedly raising and lowering your heart rate achieves optimal fat loss for a much longer “fat burning window” after your workout.

Equipment used: Machines, dumbbells, ropes, kettlebells, medicine balls, and numerous other items
